"Wired" is reporting that many are getting in the Halloween spirit, even going as far as tweaking their name on Twitter. How do they do this? I'd like to thank all of you who dressed up like zombies for the Zombie Crawl Saturday night in Old Town. We had friends in town who were visiting from Minneapolis, we went into Old Town for dinner and were immediately encountered by Zombies everywhere. We're never seen so much blood and gore! We found ourselves laughing hysterically at the extent to which some of these Zombies went to. There was the lady who had the rear half of a horse attached to her rear end. I have no idea what that has to do with Zombies, but we found it hilarious. Our friends thought Old Town was one of the nicest downtown areas they have ever visited ad they can't wait to come back.
Astronomers say they've discovered a large asteroid that could potentially blow up earth in the year 2032. The 1200-foot asteroid was discovered last week by Russian scientists and say it could hit earth with a force as powerful as two thousand atomic bombs. The asteroid has been named "2013 TV135. Dan Yeoman, with NASA, said "With more observations, I fully expect we will be able to significantly reduce, or rule out entirely, any impact probability for the foreseeable future." Hearing this, does it concern you? Does it alter how you view your future? If we were on a true collision course, do you think we (humans) could find a way to divert this flying rock?
