A friend of mine told me a couple of people representing a church knocked on his front door yesterday attempting to convert him. This during the Broncos game. Let's get one thing straight. I'm a big believer in the Almighty, but do you really think you're going to win someone over after you've alienated them by disrupting the game? My friend politely told them he was watching the game and wanted to get back to it, to which they responded, "You'd rather watch the Broncos than talk about God?" HUH? Are they crazy? Do they have any idea what they said? Do they have any idea where they live? Isn't that sacrilege? Holy Moly! Any other day, fine. Bronco Sunday? No Way!
