Al Malmberg Bio
Al Malmberg is a 40 year radio veteran who comes to 600KCOL from KSTP Radio and WCCO Radio in Minneapolis/St.Paul, where City Pages selected him "Best AM radio personality in 2008.
Prior to that did a syndicated talk show on the Business Radio Network
Al is thrilled to be at KCOL! Ft. Collins has always been his favorite city in Colorado. It's great to return to Ft. Collins. He lived above Horsetooth Reservoir way back in 1971. He and his wife were married in Ft. Collins and has been married over 39-years.
Al and Kathy love to ski.
They have two sons and just had their first grandson!
Al's passion is flying, and he's a private pilot. There are very few things better than greasing a landing! You don't need anyone else in the plane to tell you how good it was. You just know! |
