Superhero Run/Walk & Family Carnival

A Kid's Place CASA Program and Child Advocacy Center will hold its second annual Superhero 5K/1K/Kids Run and Family Carnival. Registration & check in starts at 7:15 AM and the 5K begins at 8:30 AM on Saturday September 13th at St. Michael’s Townsquare in Greeley.

Every child needs a hero, abused kids need superheroes! Which Superhero will you be? The Superhero Run will help raise awareness and funds for programs for children who have been neglected or abused. This is a fun and unique event that includes a certified race course, a free kids fun run, family carnival, costume contests and more. Cash prizes for top finishes! Event sponsors thus far include Afni Inc., Bells Running, Cache Bank, First Bank, Human Bean, Interlock Construction Corp., PDC Energy, Pioneer Press, Tru-Blit Trailers. We still have sponsorship opportunities available. For further information, go to our website at www.akidsplace.org/superhero.

A Kid's Place is a 501(C) 3 organization and home of the Weld County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and CASA Program (Court Appointed Special Advocate). At A Kid’s Place, we work hard to make sure that a child’s life that may have been altered by abuse, is not defined by it.
