(Tampa, FL)  --  The Buccaneers are finally in the win column after a 22-19 victory over the Dolphins at Raymond James Stadium on "Monday Night Football."  The victory is Tampa Bay's first of the year, moving the Bucs to 1-and-8.  Mike Glennon threw for 139 yards with a touchdown and interception while Brian Leonard ran for 57 yards in relief of Mike James, who ran for 41 yards but was carted off after suffering an injury.  Bobby Rainey added 45 yards on the ground with a touchdown for the Bucs, who held Miami to two rushing yards.  Ryan Tannehill tossed a pair of touchdowns to Rishard Matthews and finished with 229 yards and an interception.  Matthews had 11 grabs for 120 yards for the Fins, who fell to 4-and-5.  The Dolphins were playing for the first time since news of the controversial hazing scandal surrounding suspended lineman Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin broke.
